Redwood Parks Conservancy (a nonprofit organization who partners with public land agencies) is seeking a Retail Warehouse Assistant to support operations serving Redwood National and State Parks. This position plays a key role in coordinating product distribution from the warehouse to park stores, assisting with inventory management and online orders, and making deliveries in a company vehicle. Responsibilities also include receiving and organizing shipments, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse space, and supporting merchandising efforts in park stores.
$20 – $27/hour

Now Hiring: Executive Director
Redwood Parks Conservancy is seeking an accomplished, mission driven leader to serve as our next Executive Director. Based in Crescent City, California, the Executive Director is the organization’s senior leader, working closely with a dedicated staff and engaged Board of Directors to advance RPC’s role as a trusted partner to public lands.
RPC is a nonprofit cooperative association supporting Redwood National and State Parks and surrounding public lands. Our mission is to foster understanding, enjoyment, and stewardship by providing critical support to our partner agencies, including the National Park Service, California State Parks, and the U.S. Forest Service. Through seven park stores, a robust volunteer program, legacy events, memberships, grants, and donations, RPC generates essential funding and capacity for conservation and visitor services across more than 140,000 acres, welcoming nearly 2.5 million visitors each year.
The Executive Director will provide strategic vision, ensure long term financial sustainability, strengthen partnerships across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and elevate public awareness of RPC’s mission and impact. The Board is seeking a collaborative and values driven leader with experience in nonprofit or corporate management, strong fundraising and partnership building skills, and a passion for Northern California’s public lands.
Annual salary is in the range of $95,000 – $120,000 for this full-time, exempt position. Starting salary is negotiable based on experience and ability to meet the required responsibilities listed in the job description. A generous benefits package offered includes health, dental, vision and life insurance. Simple IRA plan with 3% match, cell phone reimbursement and a generous Vacation and Sick Leave accrual.
