Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to foster understanding, enjoyment, and stewardship by providing support to our partner agencies – the National Park Service, California State Parks, Bureau of Land Management, and the U.S. Forest Service – who are entrusted with the care of northern California’s public lands.
Our Legacy and Impact
Redwood Parks Conservancy (RPC) has been a guardian of northern California’s majestic redwoods and public lands since 2011, emerging from a rich heritage of conservation and stewardship. In partnership with key agencies, we’ve spearheaded crucial projects like the Grove of Titans and the California Condor Restoration, enhancing visitor experiences and educating generations. Our collaborative efforts have made significant strides in preserving these natural wonders, with every donation, volunteer effort, and store purchase directly contributing to the protection and enjoyment of these cherished landscapes. Join us in our ongoing mission to safeguard and celebrate these irreplaceable natural treasures for future generations.

Make a Difference in Conservation
At Redwood Parks Conservancy, every individual’s contribution plays a crucial role in preserving the natural beauty and legacy of northern California’s public lands. There are many ways you can get involved and support our mission:
Volunteer with us and help restore important plant and animal habitats!
Redwood Parks Conservancy, in partnership with California State Parks, offers ongoing, hands-on restoration events throughout the year across the North Coast. From coastal dunes and native prairies to beaches, lagoons, and forest habitats, volunteers help remove invasive plants and support healthy, resilient ecosystems. Whether you join us for one day or return throughout the seasons, these free volunteer opportunities are a meaningful way to get outside, give back, and protect the parks we all love.
