Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering can be great fun!  If you love your local parks and would like to help spread that love to the thousands and thousands of people that visit us each year, consider helping RPC by volunteering in one of the many visitor centers along the Redwood Coast.

At Redwood Parks Conservancy (RPC), we are always in need of volunteers to help operate our many visitor centers. Volunteering allows us to lower our overhead expenses and lets our staff work in areas beyond visitor center managment.

The following park visitor centers are in constant need of volunteers:

  • Patrick's Point State Park
  • Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park
  • Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park
  • Visitor and Information centers of Redwood National Park

Other volunteer opportunities exist within the parks, such as help with trail maintenance, leading interpretive programs and hikes, and other opportunities as well.

If you would like to help us help the parks, contact us and we will get you going in the right direction.
