We take your privacy very seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What information do we collect?

We only collect information we need that is related to your order including your billing address, shipping address, email address, and credit card information. We do not store your credit card data. 

How is my information used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Security & Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data are stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your credit card data. 

Cookies and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind we are closed on weekends and all federal holidays. Orders placed late Friday afternoon will be shipped the following week.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

Shipping Rates

Our normal shipping methods are U.S. First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Tax and shipping costs will be added to your order when processing. The rate charged for shipping of your order is based on the total cost of your order. Orders up to $25.00 are charged $6.00 shipping and handling, $25.01 to $74.99 are charged $13.00 shipping and handling. We offer FREE shipping on orders $75 or more. A receipt will be included in your package. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

Return Policy

Items must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect and must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a copy of your receipt and a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping and handling that you paid on the order will not be refunded. 

Exchanges

You may exchange clothing for a different size or color if it hasn’t been worn. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but will be charged return shipping.
