Join us for a thrilling adventure in the heart of the majestic Redwood Forest at the Run in the Redwoods - 5K Walk & Fun Run! Lace up your running shoes and get ready to conquer the scenic trails. Whether you're an experienced runner or just looking for a fun challenge, this event is perfect for everyone. Soak in the beauty of nature as you dash through the towering redwoods at Prairie Creek State Park.
We will have a Run Celebration following the race from 10am - 2pm that will include music, programs for kids and more! Weather permitting.
Thank you for supporting Redwood Parks Conservancy, we are the official nonprofit partner for Redwood National and State Parks for Northern California. Proceeds along with donations from individuals and foundations, are used to fund essential projects throughout our redwood parks and public lands!
Run in the Redwoods registration will begin at 7:30am on Saturday April 6th at Prairie Creek Visitors Center. Fun Race will start at 9am. Please dress appropriately and bring extra gear if the weather turns bad.
Exit 765 coming from Klamath, Crescent City for North Newton B Drury parkway will be CLOSED for the event and Saturday's Hike and Bike.
You'll need to take exit 753 further south on Hwy 101 for the south entrance of North Newton B Drury parkway.
No Refunds. We want everyone to enjoy our events and also understand that the entry fees go directly to hosting the event and supporting Redwood National and State Parks.
